Recipe: Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken Pot Pie

Filling:
1/3 cup butter
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 3/4 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup milk
2 1/2 cups chicken
2 cups vegetables


  1. Melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Gradually stir in broth and milk until thick and bubbly.
  4. Stir in chicken and vegetables.
  5. Place in a foil lined baking dish and freeze.

From Freezer: Thaw. Place cresent roll dough on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
